Warranty

B 840 series Floor Spring is guaranteed for 10 years from the date of manufacture against any defects in material or workmanship. Defective product will be replaced with a new unit; but no claims for damage incurred or work done thereon will be allowed. This guarantee is void if the product has been subject to misapplication or abuse.

Construction & Technical Details

• One unit for both single and double action doors where surface mounted closer cannot be fitted.
• High grade cast iron mechanism body is housed within a galvanized steel loose box which is zinc protected and painted for corrosion resistance.
• Internal mechanism components utilizing heat treated high alloy steels and ball bearing for optimum efficiency.
• Stable hydraulic fluid for any climatic operation and constant lubrication.
• Suitable for timber, metal and tempered glass doors.
• Built-in pressure relief valve protects the closer from rough use.
• Closer mechanism totally immersed in hydraulic fluid.

• Available in Light, Medium and Heavy.

Note: The listed door widths and recommended closer sizes are

average conditions. In case of tall heavy doors or where doors are subject to wind or draft condition, the next larger size should be selected.
