TS423 series Door Closer is guaranteed for 10 years from the date of manufacture against any defects in material or workmanship. Defective product will be replaced with a new unit; but no claims for damage incurred or work done thereon will be allowed. This guarantee is void if the product has been subject to misapplication or abuse.

Construction & Technical Details

• Constructed with casted aluminum body & high quality steel internal components.
• Heat treated steel rack & pinion immersed in high grade oil operate a nest of coils to give a smooth precise action & minimum wear.
• Piston & spindle been heat treated for high strength.
• Heat treated high tensile springs.
• None of components in a concealed door closer is visible when the door is closed.
